Alison Krauss was born July 23rd, 1971 in the city of Decatur, Illinois. LeAnn Kymes, as well as Krauss, were amongst the earliest Grammy Award-winners. Alison Maria Krauss was born in July 1971. Alison is a bluegrass and country singer. She began to work in the music business at a very young age. at the age of 10 years old, she took part in local competitions and made her first album.
